This guide explains how Insource employees can connect to the Insource-SSO SSID via the Meraki Splash Page using passwordless authentication options: Windows Hello, macOS Platform SSO, or Microsoft Authenticator App.
Prerequisites
- Insource account with
@insourceservices.comdomain. - Passwordless sign-in configured (Windows Hello for Business, macOS Platform SSO, or Authenticator App).
- Modern browser installed (Edge, Chrome, Safari).
Steps for Windows
- Open Wi-Fi settings and select Insource-SSO.
- Captive portal may appear automatically. If not, open Edge or Chrome and visit any site.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft Entra ID login page.
- Authenticate using Windows Hello for Business or select Sign in without a password for Authenticator approval.

Steps for Mac
- Open Wi-Fi settings and select Insource-SSO.
- Captive Network Assistant may appear. If it fails, open Safari and visit any site.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft Entra ID login page.
- Authenticate using Platform SSO or select Sign in without a password for Authenticator approval.
Authentication Options
- Windows Hello for Business: Use PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
- macOS Platform SSO: Seamless authentication using macOS account linked to Entra ID.
- Microsoft Authenticator App: Approve sign-in request or enter matching number for passwordless login.
